The rooms could be a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around easily.

Great location, close to major attractions and a good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. the room was clean and compact, with tea and coffee facilities and a safe. the staff were helpful and polite, and the wifi worked well. We were also able to store our luggage on the day of checkout.

Terrible service - our reservation was for four people but only had enough bedding and towels for two. the cleaning staff would knock on our door early in the morning.

I enjoyed location and rooms. Location: the hotel was close enough to the river, restaurants and station as well as shops. Moreover, it was near Palace of Tears Museum.

The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start off the day and fuel up for exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated only a short walk away from the main attractions and public transportation. This made it incredibly easy to get around and see everything that the city had to offer. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the rooms were quite small and cramped, especially if you had more than one suitcase.

Comfortable bed, good location, and friendly staff. The staff provided exceptional service when our room had a leaking fan, promptly moving us to a better room. Although the new room had a noisy pipe, we appreciated the staff's efforts. I would recommend this hotel.
